At TOPPAN Packaging Czech, we're dedicated to a sustainable future by improving our environmental, social, and corporate practices. We allocate resources to develop innovative products that benefit both consumers and brand owners while contributing to a greener world. Our newly launched BOPP SiOx films are recyclable when used with compatible PP films. This creates a "monomaterial" structure that maintains a stable shelf life and can potentially reduce the overall amount of packaging material. Our goal is to lead the flexible packaging industry and offer more sustainable solutions without compromising on quality.
As a subsidiary of the global TOPPAN Group, TOPPAN Packaging Czech shares its parent company's commitment to sustainability and reducing environmental impact across the entire supply chain. The TOPPAN Group aligns its sustainability activities and reporting with global standards, including ISO 26000, the GRI Standards, the United Nations Global Compact, andthe Sustainable Development Goals.

SMARTS Approach

TOPPAN's "SMARTS" approach is a brand that represents the company's commitment to providing sustainable solutions. It combines TOPPAN's technology, know-how, and creativity to offer comprehensive support for a product's entire lifecycle. The name is a clever play on "sustainable," with the logo symbolizing a variety of intelligent solutions for an indefinite future.

The brand is not limited to just environmentally friendly packaging. It also integrates insights from marketing, digital transformation (DX), and business process outsourcing (BPO). The approach is broken down into six categories. These include Smart Planning, which covers market surveys and product development. Smart Packaging focuses on providing environmentally friendly packaging options.
Smart Process Outsourcing handles contract production, while Smart Promotion provides communication support. Finally, Smart Circular Innovation is dedicated to resource recycling initiatives.
